Learn a new technique on a Saturday morning! These 2-hour "knowledge nugget" classes are designed to explore a technique without committing to a large project!

September 27th- Swatch 101: Learn the basics of why we swatch. We'll knit, block and measure a swatch.
- Material Requirements: Bring along an unblocked swatch if you have one—otherwise, we’ll have materials ready for you.
October 18th- Brioche: Discover why this technique is so popular! We'll create a super squishy swatch.
- Material Requirements: Two Colors of DK-worsted weight yarns in contrasting colors and A 24" circular needle in a size that is one to two sizes smaller than you would normally use for the yarn.
October 25th - Textures: We'll create a texture-rich swatch from only knits and purls!
- Material Requirements: You will need approximately 75 grams of worsted or DK weight yarn.The appropriate needles to knit a large (approximately 12" x 12") swatch. We recommend a US 7 or 8 24" circular needle. Stitch markers (At least 6)

November 8th- Short Rows: We'll cover the most commonly used short row techniques and when to use them.

November 15th- Lace: Discover how using increases and decreases unfolds into lace.
