As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, Sugar River Yarns reuses packing materials whenever possible. Your order may arrive in previously used boxes, plastic bags, padded envelopes, or other packaging materials that we've given a second life.

Ordering a gift? If you're sending yarn directly to someone special and prefer fresh packaging materials, simply note "Gift - new packaging please" in your order comments during checkout. We're happy to accommodate gift orders with pristine presentation.

Our reused packaging is always clean and protective—your beautiful yarns & notions will arrive safe and sound while we do our part to reduce waste.

We want you to love your purchase - and also not worry bout buying an extra ball of yarn "just in case".

We offer a full refund on yarn within 90 days of purchase if it has not been wound.

Unfortunately, books, needles and hooks are not returnable.

Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Most packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Orders received over the weekend will ship on Tuesday.
