ChiaoGoo Forté Interchangeable Stainless Steel & Carbon Fiber 5" knitting needle tips bring together two high-performance materials, stainless steel for strength and carbon fiber for lightweight rigidity, in one precision-engineered needle. The combination of stainless steel and carbon fiber provides durability and the ultimate comfortable knitting experience. Stainless steel holds an edge, resists flex, and moves yarn with consistent speed, while carbon fiber keeps the knitting needle tips light in hand during long sessions. The result is tips that feel solid and responsive without the fatigue associated with heavier all-metal needles.

Press-fit assembly bonds the stainless steel and carbon fiber with precision-ground machining, so there's no wobble, no ridge, and no snag where the knitting needle tip meets the cable.
