ChiaoGoo TWIST Interchangeable Lace Knitting Needle Tips 5" are the workhorse knitting needle tips of the ChiaoGoo interchangeable needle system. Made of surgical stainless steel that’s lightweight and strong, ChiaoGoo TWIST tips are precisely machined to a lace point with a taper that's sharp enough for intricate work while still perfect for your stockinette stitch projects.The join between tip and cable is smooth and reliable, tightened securely with a cable key through a keyhole that also allows you to easily place a lifeline in your lace project or your sweater project to try it on.
The size is permanently laser-imprinted on each tip, ensuring you won’t be guessing which size you have in a year or two. TWIST 5” tips are compatible with SPIN nylon cables, and cable join size is determined by needle size: Tips in US 2–8 use the Small (S) join; US 9–15 use the Large (L) join. TWIST 5” needle tips are sold in pairs.
